1980 CATALINA 27’

1980 Catalina 27 that has been completely redone both inside and out. The bottom was recently painted and the hull stripped and polished (November 2009). The interior has also been refurbished such that it looks as if it just came off the assembly line. Interior is configured with a full length cushioned seating area to starboard with a fold-out table and the galley is on the port side of the cabin. Forward, there is a storage locker, head with holding tank and a vee-berth. Aft, there is a quarterberth to starboard. This refurbished boat is priced below both market value and NADA value for a quick sale and stands ready for her new owners to begin sailing this spring.
