“Elysium”

 I had intended to sail this classic for  years to come but expanding family moving me towards larger, more stable platform (Trawler).  I am asking $24,000.  This is a sound hull and power plant with just about every thing else new.

 Existing Conditions:

 The engine is a 30HP  Yanmar, year unknown but runs great and not original engine.  It was obviously professionally  installed with new stainless shaft, exhaust hoses, muffler, drip-less packing.

 Sail inventory also includes 110 head sail in very good condition.

 2 speed Lewmar 30 Genoa winches

 New mast step installed shortly before I purchased  boat.

 Hull appears to be awlgrip, good shape.

No blisters when hauled last year. 

Work remaining:

1. Centerboard had been glassed in by previous owner,  centerboard winch and stuffing tube housing with shaft in tact, sheaves leading to cockpit required.

 2.  Original DC panel should eventually be replaced.   

 Grill and outboard shown in pictures stay with me.
