NNSA Annual Banquet

Kathy Barber won the Spahr Racing Award for her very active participation in Wednesday nights, Frostbite Series, dinghy, and local racing.

John Bouma receives the Filulu Cruising Cup. His cruises included Norfolk to Bermuda (and return) and Bare Boat Chartering in the Caribbean.
